We offer you the following choices:
1. Carrot Ginger - V DF GF VEG

DF=dairy free / GF = Gluten Free / VEG = Vegan (may contain honey) / V = Vegetable Soup / M = Meat Soup
1. CARROT GINGER: Bright citrus notes of orange and lemon lead the way for this smooth carrot puree with a gentle heat of ginger and sweet spice
2. CHICKEN NOODLE: Classic "Grandmother" style hearty broth soup made from our all natural chicken stock, diced chicken, carrots, celery & onions. It's heartwarming comfort in a bowl.
3. CREAMY BROCCOLI CHEDDAR: Smooth puree of broccoli, cheddar cheese, white potatoes, cream and milk creating a velvety texture with light background notes of garlic, onion and parmesan.
4. MAPLE ROASTED SWEET POTATO: Sweet potatoes are slow roasted in maple syrup and cider vinegar with sweet spices; once carmelized, we add hints of garlic, onion and puree smooth.
5. MINESTRONE: With our veggie stock, tomato juice and Italian herbs as a base; this hearty broth soup boasts large cut carrots, celery, kale, zucchini, onions, leeks and great northern beans for lots of texture.
6. MULLIGATAWNY: Curry lovers! Started with carrot, celery, onion & cauliflower; pureed smooth with yellow split peas, red & green lentils, then coconut milk for a creamy finish to this medium spiced soup.
7. SPICY CHICKEN SAMOSA: Spicy hearty puree of potatoes, chickpeas, curry and chicken stock with pieces of diced chicken and sweet peas. Great way to crush any cold!
8. SPLIT PEA AND HAM HOCK: Thick smooth puree of green split peas, onion and ham stock with notes of dijon mustard. Hand-pulled smoked pork hocks finish this Old World Classic.
9. VEGGIE CABBAGE ROLL: Classic comforting cabbage roll soup made with all vegan ingredients! Rich tomato and tender cabbage make this soup a satisfying veggie treat.

We are located in the beautiful city of Stratford, Ontario - renowned for the world-famous Stratford Festival Theatre. Our IODE chapter was officially chartered in 1977, the year that marked the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, patron of IODE Canada. IODE Festival Jubilee chapter is a group of dedicated women who are proud to work together to make a difference in our community of Stratford and area with our focus mainly on children, youth and those in need. We meet on the third Thursday of each month, September to June. New members are always welcome. |

Echoes is the official publication for IODE Members across Canada. It has been published continuously since 1902.

If you have just a few hours to spare monthly, you can make a difference and form lifelong friendships. IODE membership is many things to many people. It is this diversification that holds the interest of the members and attracts others to it. What other organization has so much to offer to so many and in such different age groups?
